FAQ
Where is my film saved?
On iPhone and iPad in your Photos library when you tap “Save”. On the Mac you choose the folder.
I don’t like something – can I turn it off?
Almost everything Filmino does automatically can be turned off under “Advanced” – for example the animated title, the date in films spanning several days, or the little surprises for special occasions.
How do I restore purchases?
On the result screen, “More” → “Restore purchases”. Purchases work with Family Sharing.
A film didn’t turn out well. What now?
Under “More” → “Share diagnostics” you can send us the log of the run. It contains no photos.
Do my photos leave the device?
No. Filmino rates and cuts everything on your device and also works offline.
