FAQ
How do I restore purchases?
Open “Unlock” in the app and choose “Restore purchases”. Purchases apply on every device with the same Apple ID and support Family Sharing.
Why does my export carry a watermark?
Every format can be previewed with a watermark. Without “Export Poster” or “Complete” the subtle watermark stays.
My favorites are missing on another device.
Favorites sync through iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID; syncing can take a few minutes.
What is Artfluvia Kids?
A kids mode for ages 6 to 12 with two age levels, four games and the Explorer map. Five rounds are free; a sum for parents comes before every purchase.
Does the Apple TV ambient mode start by itself?
Ambient mode runs inside the app and starts after two minutes without input. It does not replace the tvOS screensaver.
Are stream widths measurements?
No. A stream’s width is a curatorial reading aid for its importance in a period.
