Privacy Policy – RAW Keeper

RAW Keeper does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
- No data collection: no usage data, no analytics or tracking, no identifiers.
- No servers: the app has no backend of ours. The app sends no data to us or to any third party.
- Photo access: used solely to remove RAW files from non-favorites and to compress videos locally. All processing happens on your device. We never receive your photos or videos, and they are never sent to any third party.
- iCloud: if you use iCloud Photos, the app asks iCloud to download the items it is about to process to your device, and Apple syncs the resulting library changes across your devices under Apple's privacy policy. RAW Keeper has no access to or control over that sync.
Network
The app communicates only with Apple services: with the App Store for price and purchase status, and — if your photos live in iCloud — with iCloud Photos to download the items it is about to process. There is no connection to servers of ours or of any third party, and no analytics or tracking service is contacted.
In-app purchase
The optional one-time "Full Version" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment and account data are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never see your payment details. To determine whether you own the purchase, the app asks Apple's App Store service on your device. That request is initiated by Apple's framework and contains no data about your photos.
Email support
If you contact us by email, we process your sender address and the content of your message solely to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete the correspondence once it is resolved. Email delivery runs via Google (Gmail); data may be transferred to the USA (safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
Website hosting
This website is served via Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Ltd.). When you visit, the host processes technically necessary server logs (including IP address, timestamp, requested page) to provide and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Under Art. 77 GDPR you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
